Where is Spring

It may say spring on the calendar but the weather still says winter.

Bits of news

No signs of spring here yet.....just in my potted tulip.

Expecting a bit of snow again tomorrow.....siiiiggghhhh.

Been really busy at work with not much time for play.

There are not pretty scenes to make images yet anyway.

Was really sick with a stomach bug and ended up in the hospital with critically low potassium.
They gave me 9 or 10 bags to get it back up to snuff.

That's about it for my part of the world.  But I guess as they say....no news is good news.
Hope you are all well.

Here are the pics of my tulip.

Take care of yourself--- the sunshine will come eventually.
Spring has suddenly sprung over here and temperatures up to summer levels forecast later this week. Nice photos of the tulip - a little ray of hope!

A beautiful tulip! And, like you, I am yearning for spring to come and stay. Every time we get a warm spell, it is followed by a cold snap! Near freezing again last night.

Those tulips are just gorgeous. Hoping your spring soon comes and so glad you are "back up to snuff"! Hugs!
Hope it comes soon! I heard the U.S. is having a really cold week even in my town of Atlanta. Crazy while here in Germany it is lovely! Not complaining though.

We're having a blizzard right now in Breckenridge, so I can commiserate. Sorry to hear you were so sick! Take Care and feel better soon.

Beautiful flowers, and it is good news indeed if your illness is discovered and handled quickly! Thank you for sharing your lovely blossoms. It will be a long while, I'm afraid, before we have outdoor flowers here in southeastern Alberta.

Spring is being rather reluctant over here on the West Coast also but not nearly so cold as the Eastern half of the US and Canada...

Sorry to hear you've been under the weather so to speak. I hope the days ahead find you in better health!

Beautiful blossoms! Sorry to read that you were so sick.
I wouldn't say ending up in the hospital was 'no news'..... my husband has low potassium and takes a handful of those huge pills every day (I'm kidding about handful -- he follows the prescirption) -- they are huge and hard for him to swallow. Hope the meds square you around. And hope your weather gets better soonest. Spring has been a long time coming up your way.

most people here in our Florida neighborhood have gone home (up north as they say) and we are getting messages about how they've had to shovel out to get in and how they're freezing! It's hot here.

Your time in the hospital sounds like the opposite of "no news."
Your tulips are beautiful! Your stuck in winter, while we are stuck in summer.
Hope you are doing and feeling better by now.
