Dry Run Falls
Well I've been a bit discouraged with my photography lately. I've been thinking something is wrong with my camera, come to find out its my lens that's only a little over a year old. I had it repaired by Nikon and I'm still not satisfied with it.
I was ready to throw in the towel and call it quits.....well not really but you know what I mean.
So back to my old kit lens, it's better than the $500.00 one thats a year old...sigh. Isn't that a bummer.
Well enough complaining. We went on a road trip Saturday. I'm in search of waterfalls in our beautiful state. You know how I love to photograph waterfalls.
This is Dry Run Falls in Sullivan County in the Endless Mountains of Pennsylvania.
I must go back in the autumn.
This is an image made at a vista overlooking the Loyalsock Gorge with Loyalsock Creek flowing through it. The Endless Mountains of PA.
Wishing you all a wonderful week. Stay cool. It's been so warm here. I'm looking forward to autumn and winter.

I have one lens that I had to send back twice before it worked properly and now a couple of years later it's starting to act up again... Good thing it has a 10 year warranty!

Your photos are gorgeous and I love the last vista view.
I bet it will be gorgeous with autumn colors!
I got a new lens too that I am not happy with - must re-sell it to the shop!
Great pictures of this waterfall. Very well done!!
Greetings, Marco
Love the waterfall, it's charming and quaint.
Oh my that last shot is just breathtaking.
I am sorry to hear about your lens trouble. I also have this problem and have been resisting sending it in. I really should do it.
Wishing you a cool breeze!
