Flowers in my Part of the World

In addition to the magnolias starting to bloom we have our usual array of daffodils and fruit tree blossoms. Others are just still coming on.

No dogwood here yet.

A different kind of daffodil.  Looks like a double bloom.

Anyone know what this flower is?  Google couldn't even tell me.

Hello Felicia,
Wonderful these nature shots. The flowers are amazing with their beautiful colors.
Springtime is started yet.

Best regards,
Marco
Always nice to catch up with gardens around the world. Our daffodils have long gone and the tulips are into the last stages of their flowering. There'll now be a gap before the summer blooms make an appearance.

I do believe that little purple flower is a primrose.
Happy Easter, Felicia!
awww, pretty. If our spring showers don't come here to Florida, we're not going to have a lot of wild flowers to enjoy. Argh

I love spring flowers. Double Daffodils are really neat. Your mystery flower is indeed a Primrose.
A very pretty collection of flower shots! Because of the recent rains, we have an abundance of flowers in CA this year.

Ours a popping out all over--- along with brand new leaves on many trees. Easter weekend is supposed to be dry and warmer here. I'm ready.

Beautiful flowers. I am no expert when it comes to flowers, but I think the blue one is a Primrose.

They are all so beautiful...color looks wonderful, doesn't it. Even the weeds are a welcome sight after all the drabness of winter.

Interesting daffodil, don't think I've ever seen one quite like this...

Bring on the blossoms, good bye winter hello spring!

It's so beautiful when the flowers come in, isn't it? Spring is on its way.
The purple flower is a primula - the more common name is primrose.
