Dreary Day

I was running an errand late this afternoon when I spotted this "kind of interesting" scene.

I guess I liked the little pop of warm color from the sun trying to break through the dreary clouds.

Sharing with the gang at SKYWATCH FRIDAY.

Have a great weekend everyone.

I think it is ever bit as breath taking as your header shot. I absolutely love the trees against that sky

I wouldn't call this dreary. To me it looks promising - the sign of better things to come.

It looks rather dramatic and reminds me of the paintings by Caspar David Friedrich. Well done!
