Ch..Ch..Ch..Changes

Evening everyone.  It's been a little since I posted but, my have I been busy.

On March 16th I received a phone call while at work that shocked me greatly.

My former boss at the funeral home where I worked had taken his life.  How very sad.  Long story short....his widow has asked me to come back to work for her again as the office manager.

So I have been working two jobs.  I will most likely give up some of my hours at the personal care home as my first love is the office work at the funeral home.

Not sure how much I'll be around so please don't give up on me yet.  I think spring is finally arriving slowly here and I'm hoping to get back into photography once things settle down a bit and I cut out some of my hours at the personal care home.

Hope you all are well. Have a Blessed Easter.

~~~~~~~~~~~~~~
These images are from December of last year.  Mom and I had just come out of Walmart and were met with this spectacular sky.  I liked all the plane contrails.
We went around back of the buildings you see in the top pic to see the sun setting as shown in the last two pics.
Lovely sky---- Good job of making a trip to WalMart into something fulfilling. It's good to be needed-- I suspect she will be very grateful.
Hi Felicia,
these are not fun messages. It is an honor that his widow asks you to come back to work. You get it a lot busier and have less time to blog. Spring has indeed arrived now and that makes us happy again :-)
Sad news. Good luck juggling both jobs, it's not easy.
Oh dear! You are clearly a strong and resilient person - traits recognised by your former boss's widow. What an opportunity to help her through such a traumatic circumstance. May God strengthen and bless you greatly. Thank you for sharing the lovely sky shots. (Please be kind to yourself too!).
Somehow, I have missed this post and am just now reading it. Oh wow...I am so sorry to hear about your former employer. It always just makes me so sad to hear that someone was so desperate that they felt the need to end their own life...how terribly sad. I can certainly understand that your routine has changed drastically. I pray the Lord will direct you in the upcoming decisions you will be making. Praying for you, my friend :)
