Seriously. They've been known to stop me in my tracks in the woods for...long time, as I watch them marching on. So cool. All life is precious.

Not sure if you can open the link on a comment...it's called Strangalepta abbreviata, type of yellow long-horn beetle. I see these often on Queen Anne's Lace. Great shot!
I'm not even very good at bird ID ...so in other words, no help at all. But he's a handsome creature. And a beautiful macro photo subject.
I don't know what it is, but do know that it is beautifully displayed against the white flowers!
Oh, he's a cutie but I have no clue what he is.

It looks more like a Soldier Beetle to me, Chauliognathus pensylvanicus. They also are good pollinators of flowers, and very similar in size.
