Big Valley Fences ~ Part 8

Just a few of "one each" from a summer drive in Big Valley.  No series today.

I'm going to have to start posting more pics at one time....I have so many more to show.

I could easily link these with The Barn Collective too because invariably there is a barn with the fence.  Ok, enough yapping....here ya go.

Headed for the hay field.

There was no place to pull off so I stopped the car and shot the above image through the windshield. So you can see a slight glare.

Linking with Theresa at GOOD FENCES.

Thanks for hosting Tex. Hop on over and pay her a visit to see more great fences.

All these wonderful barns! They are such lovely photo objects. I think I should start driving through my county and taking pictures of barns.

My favorites are the first and last shots. Some of them reminded me of the long valley in Herefordshire.
Such relaxing places. They make me thing, "I could live there and be happy."

Great fence shots and I love the barns..especially the rusty roofed ones.
How do you always get so many fabulous fence photos? I'm always jealous. Love that second shot, it speaks to me of tranquility.

Whenever I am in the USA I am captivated by the barns, especially those that are red. Your look much older than the ones I've seen. Glad you stopped the car for that shot through the windscreen.

awesome fences!!!!
I hate when we can't pull off the road -- but for you it didn't matter, you still got a great shot. All good but I love the row of marigolds in the last pic.
