Big Valley Fences ~ Part 3

No big landscapes today.  A little more up close to the subjects.
Images made July 25th of this year.

An Amish one room school house with a nice rustic fence.

I just turned a little more to the left from the top image and snapped this one.

closer to the weathered wood.

And across the road is this barb wire fence. It must not have been there real long, its not rusty yet.

Of course I'm linking with our famous Texas hostess Theresa at

RUN AROUND RANCH for GOOD FENCES.

Hop on over to see fences from around the world. :>)

Beautiful photos again Felicia :)
Love the school house AND the fence. And most of all I like the close ups :)) Keep an eye on the barbed wire, when it begins to rust please make a series of it from the beginning to the end :D

Have fine day

This is a strong post of fence pictures. Of course, I like the one room school too. The wooden fences offer textures and weathered look while wire rusts. I guess that nature's way.

All fences have a purpose, I guess, but a barbed wire one seems to me to be a bit more serious than others. I particularly like the last shot with the left over bit of wire left hanging there.
