Sunday Stills

I've had these for awhile so thought I better post them before the snow flies....which may not be long now.

I snapped some pics of my pumpkin and bittersweet decorations and then played around putting some effects on the images.

Not sure if they can really be called macro but I'm linking with

The bittersweet on the mantle is close enough for me Felicia… I love all of your special effects… what a wonderful autumn series. Thanks so much for sharing the love up-close with I Heart Macro:-)

I hope you will participate in the Gratitude Quilt this year. It is simple to join in and will make your heart happy when you see the love unfurl on Nov 27th. (no sewing involved) Just close your eyes. Exhale. Inhale. Exhale. Ask yourself "what am I grateful for in THIS moment?" listen to your heart and type out the words that flow from your heart and send them to me. There is a link to my email address and a link explaining this project if you don't know about it yet can be found at the top of my blog. If I've already asked you I apologize for being annoying :-)

I love what you did to your photos!
I can't pick a favorite. The textures and colors are so beautiful and so fitting of the season.

I really like the edits on the last two photos. I'll be putting away my fall decor in a couple of days and starting my Christmas decorating as we've had Thanksgiving already. :)
Amazing effects. Love them and wish I knew how to do that even half as well.

Most appealing colours and textures. Especially love the subtle tones in the first photo.
Not macro but excellent nevertheless. I like the effects and the framing which have brought out the best the images.

I like the pumpkin and bittersweet, but the special effects really turn them into works of art, and especially the last 2 with the vase.
