A Summertime Farm Reflection

Ok, I've had these on the back burner for a few months now.

Guess I better share them before its gets too much further into the winter season.

Images were made August 24, 2014.

I had a hard time leaving this place. You could get a different image every 10 feet or so.

I wanted to go back when the leaves were coloring for autumn but I didn't make it this year.

On the first one I thought oh what a pretty picture. The second one was even prettier, you really made it exciting to read this post :)
I love all these beautiful photos, but the last one especially, because it has so many reflections in it :)

Yep, we won't see that much green for a while.
You certainly have some very smart and clean farms in your part of the world. So unlike the farms where I grew up.

These are marvelous shots of this pristine looking farmyard. It looks so clean, neat and well organized. I was wondering if it might be an Amish farm. I really like the reflected images. Very well done.

what a lovely point of view on this amazing farm... I like the red painting on the wall, surligned with white : it is so neat for a farm ensemble.

Thanks for stopping by my Good Fences post last week. I haven't been positing every week because I'm so busy.

But when I stubbled upon this post of yours instead of your good fences, I had to comment on the beautiful scenery you caught here. The green and red and the reflections are wonderful. It looks like a hie, well-kept place.

And you braved the snow to take a photo of the red barn. Good for you.

I love driving around the countryside to take photos. Often I just pull over, stay in the car and take them from the driver's window. Later I turn around to catch anything good on the other side of the road. I wish I had a sun roof and could stand up and pop my head through so I could take both sides of the road.

Often I get lost, but I'm rarely more than 15 miles from home, so eventually I find something I recognize. And if not, there is always GPS.

That's a gorgeous farm! It reminds of farms in Michigan except the terrain would be flat.

I think there is something rather special about farm buildings (most of the time!)

My lizard is not very fierce really - in the second picture it is eating some banana - not fierce at all - and if it gets really mad it sticks its tongue out at you!

Cheers - Stewart M - Melbourne
This looks like a painting - so beautiful! Love the reflections - it must be gorgeous in the snow, too! xo Karen
