Hi Feli,OK, i have Photoshop and Lightroom.Photoshop ist a littel bit faster to learn. Lightroom is for normal photograpie better!I can both, but I'am Designerin.Your Photo ist nice!Hugs from HamburgRivien
Gorgeous~ BW tree and landscape photo in all ways! ~ I don't do much editing but do have light room ~ artmusedog and carol (A Creative Harbor)
it's lovely.i don't do either.
What a beautiful Black and White.I am still learning Lightroom, but I use it a lot. It's great for editing, there are more possibilities than in Photoshop. It's also non-destructive, so you can always reset your photo to the original or wherever in the process you want to get very easily. However, I also love to add textures and sometimes words to my photos, and this is not possible in Lightroom. So I use both, but I am using Lightroom more and more. I also love the way you can organize your photos in Lightroom - that is a great feature!
Nice shot! I've used Photoshop elements for years, but recently began using Lightroom and I like it better. Lightroom takes a bit to learn - I ended up taking a class to get started.
I like the black and white here.Beautiful!
I like B&W photographe. Beautiful picture. Have a grat day Felicia.
This works very well in B&W!
I like this shot for its curving road and stark tree. It has fine b&W qualities. I have both but tend to use Photoshop more. Probably because I've used PS for several years before I acquired Lightroom.
Lovely image.I have LR and like it a lot. I use that for the majority of my editing. If you want to use textures, there are options other than PS. I use a program called onOne Photo Suite, and I like that too as I can do all sorts of manipulations of textures in that program. i also use it to add a finishing touch to my photos. I used one of their b & w presets for today's image and added that after I had done all other edits in Lr.
Beautiful tree!...and clouds..and hill...and neat how the road disappears around the corner! Very nice!
This is so dramatic! I love it.
Oh my, I'd like to respond to your question but I haven't tried Lightroom yet. But I plan to!
Fantastic shot and treat with tone! I go for photoshop as i am using it for long time editing photos and also being familiar doesn't want to try any other.
What an amazing photo! I love the clouds in the background
Well, it's beautiful anyway... and I have neither one so I will shut up :)
Lovely shot. I've just enjoyed visiting some of your other posts. They are wonderful. I haven't advance beyond the Google software :). Greetings from Coventry, England. Thanks for stopping by and leaving a comment.
Great photo, the tree of the tragic tranmite!
I love colours
Rbeautiful black and white, love the picture.Blessings Francine.
A beautiful b&w contribution!My post at: http://hanshb.wordpress.com/
I like the photo....I don't use either...don't know how or have it on the computer!Cheri
I like trees like that :)
Black and white is so dramatic. Beautiful!
That is a remarkable image in black and white. I love this bare tree against the mountains.I like Lightroom very much. It can do so many things. I like Photoshop also, but I am not good with it yet. I am learning. There are also free presets for Lightroom and they can create fantastic effects.Best wishes to you.
It is stunning this image. I use Photoshop Elements with the Topaz plugins. I never really cared for Lightroom. I still have it installed on the computer. Just don't use it.
A wonderful tree and B&W shot! I do not use either one.. Enjoy the rest of your week!
That's fantastic and right up my alley! I use both so I don't necessarily have a preference.
I'm just learning Lightroom (along with the new camera). There are some good tutorials on the Internet, and I'm finding it pretty easy. I,too, was wondering which program to get and a photographer friend said I should try Lightroom. Previously, I used the Aperture program on my Mac but that is soon going to be defunct. I like your photo in B&W - makes me want to follow that road.
Sorry, can't help you on either. I use Paint Shop Pro. Love the black and white.
Awesome photograph! Love it!
this is wondderful, the b&w makes it look a bit dramatic. i have LRdon't know how to comparebut i am happy with LR
Great image!Unfortunately, I can't help you with photo editing sources. A friend of mine, who's an expert with Photoshop loves ACDSee - in her opinion that's all I'd really need and it is quite economical, too: ACDSee.Cheers,Merisi
Felicia, I as you know do not do much editing to my photos at all...I leave them "au naturale" like me!...:)JP
I have photo shop but would love to have lightroom, i have seen many gorgeous photos with lightroom.
A very nice version in black / white:-)
